Members of the academic community may avail of the following services by accomplishing a Service Request Form and sending it to ITS-TSL-Help Desk at Room 305 in Gokongwei Hall.

Access regulation / permission

Activation / Deactivation of MyLaSalle account

Activation / deactivation of MyLaSalle accounts for faculty, administrators, organizations, offices, scholars, and contractual staff.

Addition / Removal of e-mail address to / from a mailing list

Computer laboratory management

Management of computer laboratories by defining allocation to different users, processing lab reservations, and monitoring usage of computer laboratory resources.

Computer set-up

Setting up and configuration of computers, transferring of files, and configuring for network printing.

Creation / Deletion of mailing list

Data extraction / Report generation/printing

Generation of computer-based system reports for operational and management uses.

Data / Information update

Maintenance of master reference files.

Forms / Charts design

Creation of dynamic forms and charts that may be made downloadable through the DLSU web site.

IT asset management

Inventory management / tracking of the University's IT assets.

Network management

Providing of access to the network via wired, wireless, and dial-up connection.

Photoshoot / Virtual Tour

Acquisition of computer facilities and its optimal allocation for academic, administrative, or seminars/conferences' requirements.

Security management

Regulation of web access and unblocking of web sites.

Bandwidth reservation, and thesis hosting.

System development / Revision

Design, development, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of computer/manual-based information systems. This service comes in the form of implemented computer-based information systems and enhanced manual-based systems as requested by the departments/administrative units to facilitate their operations

Transfer and insallation of application software

Web graphics publishing

Announcement, marketing, or promotion of both academic and non-academic events such as seminars, conference, or exhibits through publishing flash banners at the DLSU home page.

Web site creation

Creation of web pages for the different University offices and colleges.

Web site updating

Covers the maintenance of web sites for DLSU-Manila.
