• Covers the design and setup of the De La Salle University web site, introductory college web sites, support web sites, promotional web sites, conference web sites, The Museum web site, the My.LaSalle Portal, as well as customization of web-based programs' interface.

Web Content Administration

• Review and maintenance of content, including texts, graphics, and videos, of the University's web sites.

Graphic Design, Illustration, and Desktop Publishing

• Includes graphics for print, system interface, newsletters internal to AVCAS, visual user guides, and process visuals.

Forms Design

• Design and layout of forms both for print and web, made fillable and downloadable, as well as setup of (X)HTML and interactive web forms.

Photography and Virtual Tour Creation

• Photoshoot and creation of virtual tours to promote the University's facilities, including the Museum's exhibits, the Library, and computer laboratories.

Documentation Management

• Documentation of systems user manuals, standards, guidelines, online help, statistics, and checklists.

User Manuals, Guides, Policies and Procedures (internal)

• Creation of manuals, guides and policies and procedure for ITC.

Technical Copyrwriting and Editing

• E-mail advisories editing and proofing, and web-based program guidelines and procedures copywriting.

• User-level technical support and administration.
