Accommodate and assist telephone calls, email queries and walk-in clients
Assist users with their technical problems with basic troubleshooting
Assist users with online activities (e.g. enrollment, adjustment, dropping etc.)
Account Activation
Activate accounts of faculty administrators, organizations, office accounts, scholars and contractual staff.
E-mail Announcements
Posting of announcements from the different departments and offices in the University
Wifi Configuration
Help students/faculty configure Wi-Fi connection on their laptops, PDA phones, etc.
Trainings
Conduct orientation to new faculty and graduate students
Conduct trainings to faculty and staff
Network Troubleshooting
Check network configuration and settings
Repair network related hardware/software problems
New IT Equipments
Setting up and configuration of computers
Transferring of files
Setting up and transferring of other IT equipments
