Document Processes

Assist process owners document their processes
(e.g., procedures, work instructions, policies, etc.)


Evaluate and Improve Processes

This covers problem identification, investigation and recommendation of corrective action within the specified area. This also covers coordinating and facilitating Process Review and Improvement Team (PRIT) meetings


Conduct Total Quality Management (TQM) Trainings

Offer orientations, seminars, and trainings related to Total Quality Management such as customer service, good housekeeping, problem solving techniques, and planning methodologies


Conduct Internal Quality Review

Review process owners' business process through random sampling techniques and verify if it complies with pre-defined requirements


Conduct System Study

Perform work measurement and method study
