Overview

Quality Assurance Office is an Information Technology Center (ITC) unit of highly experienced process reviewers which reviews, analyzes and improves processes, designs and recommends solutions For De La Salle University-Manila facing:

  • the changing environment in which process owners operate
  • the opportunities and challenges of new technology
  • the changing values of communities
  • the changing structure of the academe

Continuously review, analyze, improve, and standardize university processes towards an effective quality assurance system
