Christine T. Lucero

Department Head

Ms. Christine T. Lucero is the Department Head of the Quality Assurance Office, IT Center, DLSU-M. She is responsible for the supervision, coordination and control of the design and/or improvement of the University processes to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency and other related services that provides support to University's Administrative computing requirements.
She holds B.S. and M.E.P. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, and is currently taking up an M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering in DLSU-Manila. She has worked as Quality Specialist in the manufacturing and information technology sectors for 5 years before joining DLSU-Manila in 2004. Her experiences involve implementation of ISO 9000 quality management system, facilitation of process improvement teams, quality auditing, and process and procedures development.

She had trainings on the implementation of management systems for quality and information security, quality circles programs, customer satisfaction measurement, statistical process control, and Six Sigma projects.

Tin also believes that dreams are renewable. No matter what our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us and new beauty waiting to be born.

Teodoro M. Soliva, Jr.

Sr. Quality Specialist

Jojo is a manufacturing process analyst and a quality auditor. He currently serves as a Senior Quality Specialist of the Quality Assurance Office (QAO). He is tasked to review and evaluate problematic processes as per process owners’ request and suggests solutions to enhance it. He is also a facilitator to numerous TQM tools and techniques training in the University.

Prior to joining the QAO, most of his career time was devoted in the manufacturing sector. He was assigned as a Quality Auditor of Casio Philippines Corporation's (CPC) for ISO 9002 Certification.

He is an Industrial Engineer by profession and is taking up MBA at the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business.

Karen M. Alli

Quality Specialist

Karen M. Alli is a graduate of Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas. She has engaged herself in various functions of manufacturing and retail companies. Her line of work in these organizations focused on documenting, analyzing, and improving processes and handling people. This paved the way for her to developed knowledge and skills of process analysis and improvement.

In 2007, Karen joined ITC-Quality Assurance Office as Quality Specialist. She assists in establishing the University’s internal quality assurance system through facilitation of process improvement projects and conducts quality awareness trainings.

To continuously develop her knowledge and skills, she is currently taking up Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering at De La Salle University Manila.

Jermelyn V. Garabiles

Quality Specialist

Jer is supporting and providing assistance to the QAO programs such as the development and maintenance of the university's quality assurance system, process review and improvement projects. She conducts effective training and orientation related to Total Quality Management and Quality Assurance System. She also performs data collection and analysis associated to the progress of the unit quality programs and initiatives.

She is a former designer and merchandiser in a garment manufacturing company for four years before joining the ITC-QAO Team.

She is a graduate of Industrial Engineering and currently taking up M.S.I.E. in DLSU-Manila.
