Lasallian Outreach & Volunteer Effort (L.O.V.E) is an expertise and interest-based volunteer program. Faculty, support staff and students of DLSU-Manila are called to share their expertise
and talents in any developmental, advocacy and socio-cultural programs. L.O.V.E. volunteers are classified into two levels: (1) core-volunteers are those who help COSCA in the daily operation of community work; and (2) auxiliary volunteers are those who commit on a project-to-project or on-call basis.
Programs and Services of L.O.V.E. include ecology camp, immersion program, medical mission, relief operations, issue advocacy, publications, documentation, tutorial services, "For the Kids": an annual Mini Olympics for Special Kids, summer programs, and seminars/trainings (i.e., basic community development, environment education, and others).
Summer Programs include educational camps (i.e.,tutorials, community exposure, ecology camp); training and actual handling of special and street children; community immersion; and skills training for the youth.
Seminars/Trainings. Volunteers either facilitate or participate in seminars/training sponsored by COSCA among which are listed below.
1. Basic orientation and Deepening seminars include topics touching on the discovery of one's self in the light of community service as well as the philosophy and principles of community Involvement.
2. Environment Education covers the principles of ecology, different ecosystems and their responsibilities as environment educators.
3. Handling Special Children includes orientation and training on the needs of special children.
Issue Advocacy. This includes alternative classes, focus group discussions, fora, symposia and other in-and off-campus activities aimed to increase awareness of Lasallians to issues and concerns affecting society.

Publications. COSCA welcomes articles and other contributions from volunteers that can be included in its publications.
Bridging Lives. A semi-annual activity that provides an avenue for the Lasallian community to save lives through blood donation.

For the Kids (Mini-Olympics for Special Kids). Every year, special kids from various centers gather to compete and spend a special day of fun with their volunteer "Ates" and "Kuyas." This special event provides opportunity for Lasallian schools from Luzon to foster Lasallian spirit through camaraderie and volunteerism.
Relief Operations. In times of natural calamities and disasters, volunteers are mobilized to manage the distribution of relief goods to the victims.
