The Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Services and University Registrar is located at St. La Salle Hall, Room 134.
Its primary task is to supervise and coordinate the programs, projects and activities of the following academic service units in the University:
The College Admissions Office is responsible for the recruitment, screening and selection of applicants to the undergraduate programs of the University.
The Graduate Admissions Office is responsible for the recruitment, screening and selection of applicants to the graduate programs (diploma, master’s, doctoral) of the University.
The Information Technology Center supervises, coordinates and controls the information technology infrastructure of the University through the development and provision of data resources (computerized and non-computerized), computer and network facilities, server infrastructure and internet connectivity, information systems and services, and the design and deployment of web services and with the end-view that such services effectively respond to the requirements of the university.
Institutional Testing and Evaluation Office
The Institutional Testing and Evaluation Office administers, scores, and interprets test results for admission, placement, and guidance purposes. It undertakes research for the validation and improvement of tests and other related instruments. It likewise conducts periodic performance evaluation of the DLSU personnel. It also conducts evaluation and research of an institutional character. Lastly, it serves graduate and undergraduate students by providing them psychometric and research assistance.
Office of the University Registrar
The Office of the University Registrar administers operations in the areas of: course registration, student records, graduation, faculty attendance, government liaison and other related services.
Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office
The Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office is responsible for the University’s committment to make quality education more affordable, through scholarships, loans and other types of financial assistance.
The De La Salle University Library primarily supports the institution’s instructional, curriculuar, research, and extension programs through organized, relevant, and fast delivery of information services and aims at assisting the nation in producing professional, skilled and trained manpower by providing timely and instant access to various formats of information in any part of the country and of the world.
