The seminar-workshop seeks to help participants acquire a basic understanding of the twelve virtues of a Lasallian educator as described by St. John Baptist De La Salle. A contemporary reading of these virtues is also discussed. Participants reflect on how they can practice the virtues in the university setting.

The seminar-workshop aims to provide a general background on the principles of Lasallian education as found in the writings of St. John Baptist De La Salle. The principles are then reinterpreted in the context of contemporary university life and related to existing realities and challenges of Philippine tertiary education. Participants will be led through a series of reflections on how they can make St. La Salle's charism a reality for today's youth.
