All DLSU employees whose tax exemption status has changed within the calendar year by virtue of marriage and birth of additional dependents to update their record/s with the BIR thru the finance, accounting office by accomplishing the following form/s.

If taxpayer is registered with RDO 033 (Malate/Ermita), please accomplish the corresponding BIR downloadable forms.

You may look for Ms. Joselyn Curabo of Finance & Accounting Office for assistance. Please present tax exemption status is reflected in your payslip.
