Qualifications:

1. Must be a registered Mechanical Engineer.
2. Should have at least 2-3 years experience.
3. Must be 24-36 years old.
4. Knowledgeable in Airconditioning Systems and Auto CADD.
5. Must be proficient in Computerized Maintenance and Management System (CMMS).

Job Description:

1. Supervises the work of the outside contractors for mechnical work plans- major and minor renovations.
2. Preparation of In-House cost estimates.
3. Supervises the planning, installation, maintenance, repair and improvement of aircon and refrigeration, elevators, pumps and motors, cooling towers, water chilers.
4. Regular inspection of mechnical equipment.
