Job Description/Summary

  1. Assist the FMO Director in monitoring the schedule of project deadlines and deliverables;
  2. Prepares correspondence and facilities dissemination;
  3. Manage schedules and paper works of the office;
  4. Safekeeing and updatng of office files
  5. Ensure requests related to facilities management are received and endorsed to appropriate technicians/engineers
  6. To do all other tasks that are germane to the position.
