Job Description/Summary

  1. Responsible for planning, execution, timely distribution of materials in connection with the Commence Exercises and other related activities;
  2. Responsible for timely processing, production and distribution of Certificates and related documents and materials;
  3. Assists in verification of student records in connection with graduation, such as academic awards, loyalty and the like;
  4. To do all other tasks that are germane to the position.
