Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of any social development, education or related field. Preferably with Master’s degree.
  2. At least five (5) years relevant experience in working with various civil society groups and with the youth.
  3. Must have adequate training and experience in program monitoring and evaluation, youth formation, research, capacity building, and program management.
  4. Excellent in oral and written communications (English and Filipino).
  5. Highly motivated, responsible, team player, critical thinker and can work with minimum supervision. Must possess good multi-tasking skills.

Job Description/Summary

  1. Facilitates service-learning program implementation (ie field visits, coordination, orientation, etc) at the college/department level and community partners;
  2. Assists the assigned college and department in the implementation of SL activities particularly in the SL curriculum integration;
  3. Coordinates regularly with students and partner institutions with regard to SL program implementation;
  4. Conducts service-learning project monitoring, evaluation and reflection sessions; and,
  5. Documents project outputs, evaluation and training results.
