Job Description/Summary

  1. Handles and logs incoming and outgoing mails, documents and memos from various parties;
  2. Prepares Minutes of the Meeting;
  3. Manages appointments and schedules of the Chair;
  4. Acts as custodian, attends, updates and files, records, reports, correspondence, memos, proposals, and other materials;
  5. Drafts business correspondence;
  6. To do all other tasks those are germane to the position.
