Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of Psychology, Student Affairs, Behavioral Science, Education, Organizational Development or other related fields, preferably with a master’s degree or its equivalent
  2. Must have at least one (1) year experience in student formation or in student affairs practice
  3. Must have adequate training or equivalent experience in program development, counselling, research, investigation and investigative reporting
  4. Must be equipped with above average facilitating and processing skills
  5. Must be proficient in oral and written communication, both in English and Filipino.

Job Description/Summary

  1. Conceptualizes, develops and implements innovative student discipline formation and intervention programs, services, activities and materials for special student groups;
  2. Facilitates activities and modules of student discipline formation and intervention programs to student groups;
  3. Assists in the implementation and in reviewing all student discipline formation lectures, orientations, classroom visitations and other student discipline education programs;
  4. Assists the in the implementation and in reviewing all services, activities and materials pertaining to student discipline advocacy programs;
  5. Conducts researches on student discipline as basis for policy, education, advocacy and program development; and
  6. Coordinates with the academic and non-academic units for integration of Lasallian Core Values and for the holistic development of students undergoing the SDFO formation and intervention programs.
