Job Description/Summary

  1. Responsible for the implementation of general monitoring activities under the Vice Chancellor for Administration;
  2. Responsible for the pro-active monitoring within the University, such as performing rounds within the campus, identifying defective or damaged areas/facilities, spot checking and reporting the accomplishment/status of reported problematic cases related to facilities.
  3. Responsible for the maintenance of accurate and complete records and reports in connection with the general monitoring and quality assurance activities;
  4. Responsible for the accurate and timely generation of internal reports related to assigned areas of responsibility;
  5. Coordinates with and assists other staff of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration on matters that will affect the effective, efficient and timely delivery of services;
  6. To do all other tasks those are germane to the position.
