Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of behavioral or business related courses.
  2. Must have at least one (1) year related work experience;
  3. Must be exemplary in all secretarial and clerical skills and practices;
  4. Must have outstanding knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.);
  5. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
  6. Must be keen to details and accuracy;

Job Description/Summary

  1. Manages the official schedule of the Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Services, including the coordination with different concerned offices/persons;
  2. Responsible for planning, management, and safekeeping of the petty cash fund
  3. Coordinates with and assists other staff of the Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Services on matters that will affect the effective, efficient and timely delivery of services
  4. Acts as custodian, attends, updates and files, records, reports, correspondence, memos, proposals and other materials;
  5. Drafts business correspondence;
  6. Provides information about programs, requirements and policies of the college.
  7. To do all other tasks those are germane to the position.
