Qualifications:

  1. Must be a college graduate preferably, communication arts related programs
  2. With at least 1 year related work experience
  3. Must have strong oral and written communication, organizational, and, interpersonal skills;
  4. Must have strong customer-service skills;
  5. Must be proficient in MS Office applications
  6. Must be keen to details and accuracy;
  7. Must be highly dependable, trustworthy and service-oriented.

Job Description/Summary

  1. Responsible for the receipt and release of forms, documents and materials relating to the office under the Enrollment Services Group;
  2. Responsible for addressing customers' inquiries, requests and complaints;
  3. Coordinates and assists other staff on matter that will affect the effective, efficient and timely delivery of services;
  4. Assists in the inventory and management of the filing system of the office;
  5. May be assigned at ESH satellite offices whenever necessary;
  6. Performs other related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
  7. Provides daily direction and communication to ensure accurate, timely and quality performance of work of Hub Assistants in all satellite offices
  8. Responsible in monitoring that Hub Assistants adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  9. Assists the Director in the development/improvement, analysis and implementation of processes, training and staffing
  10. Responsible for performing/assigning special projects that are important to process improvement
  11. Responsible for the accurate and timely generation of internal reports
  12. Responds and resolves employee relations issues and disciplinary or performance problems of Hub Assistants
  13. To do all other tasks that are germane to the position.
