Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of Accountancy or any related fields;
  2. Must have at least 1 year work related experience;
  3. Must have strong interpersonal and customer-service skills;
  4. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, both English and Filipino;
  5. Must have above average computer proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  6. Must have high level of integrity;
  7. Must be keen to details and accuracy

Job Description/Summary

  1. Acts as custodian of unsed payroll checks and check writer.
  2. Runs payroll payment process and prepares payroll checks (part-time and quick-pay)
  3. Prepares manual checks using authority slip as basis.
  4. Process printing of payslips.
  5. Maintain copy of cancelled checks.
  6. Prepares monthly reports of cancelled checks for journal voucher preparation purposes.
  7. Performs and prioritizes other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
