Job Description/Summary

  1. Responsible for addressing customers' inquiries, requests and complaints through various support channels such as voice, email and the like;
  2. Coordinates and assists other staff on matter that will affect the effective, efficient and timely delivery of services;
  3. Responsible for the receipt and release of forms, documents and materials relating to the office under the Academic Services Group;
  4. Assists in the inventory and management of the filing system of the office;
  5. May be assigned at satellite offices whenever necessary;
  6. To do all other tasks that are germane to the position.
