Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of any engineering course and preferably with licensed, having a project management certification is an advantage;
  2. Must have at least five(5) years work experience in campus planning, real estate development, or related field;
  3. Must have leadership and decision-making skills;
  4. Must be skilled in the following: facilitation, planning, organizing, training, schedule analysis, sequence of work, construction estimate and presentation. Knowledge in Primavera or similar project porfolio management system is an advantage;
  5. Must be excellent in communication skills both oral and written;

Job Description/Summary:

  1. Provides technical assistance to ensure proper implementation in planning and designing phases of projects in the campus;
  2. Ensures proper and timely coordination of all work groups involved in developing and updating the campus development plan, including facilitation, coordination and consultation;
  3. Prepares campus planning studies, concept papers and project proposals as assigned;
  4. Assists in the implementation, conceptualization, review and enhancement of policies, processes and procedures;
  5. Established standards of performance for the staff and project consultants;
  6. Renders reports on the operations and other campus planning activities;
  7. Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above mentioned functions.
