  1. Must be a graduate of any engineering course and preferably with licensed, having a project management certification is an advantage;
  2. Must have at least five(5) years work experience in campus planning, real estate development, or related field;
  3. Must have leadership and decision-making skills;
  4. Must be skilled in the following: facilitation, planning, organizing, training, schedule analysis, sequence of work, construction estimate and presentation. Knowledge in Primavera or similar project porfolio management system is an advantage;
  5. Must be excellent in communication skills both oral and written;

Job Description/Summary:

  1. In-charge in monitoring and coordinating the short and medium term campus development plan of the University;
  2. Coordinates the consultation and evaluation of facility infrastructure renewal projects to ensure that planning, programming and presentation are attuned to the University's needs;
  3. Coordinates the alignment of the campus development plant with relevant local government units and development plan;
  4. Develops, recommends andimplements policies and procedures relevant to campus planning and development;
  5. Established standards of performance for the staff and project consultants;
  6. Renders reports on the operations and activities of the office regularly;
  7. Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above mentioned functions.
