Qualifications:


  1. Must be a graduate of any social science course, preferably with master's degree;
  2. Must have at least two to three (2-3) years experience in student and adult management; module development, training and facilitating workshops;
  3. Excellent in oral and written communication (both in English and Filipino)

Job Description/Summary:
CWTS Formation Coordinator is expected to:


  1. Prepare and develop course design, module, and CWTS related materials;
  2. Train, manage, and evaluate facilitators;
  3. Facilitate recruitment of new facilitators;
  4. Manage students and parents;
  5. Provide documentation and manage databases;
  6. Provide support to the CWTS Community Service Coordinator
