The AB-MA in Behavioral Sciences prepares students for the research, training, and social and human development requirements of industries, the academe, and the public sector. The curriculum focuses on providing students with a grounded, research and applied-based knowledge and skills to optimize the appreciation of human behavior in the contexts of social groups, businesses, organizations, and communities.
This is a program designed for students with good academic performance. To proceed to the master’s level, undergraduate students must have a weighted grade point average of 2.5 in all of their major subjects. Full-time students can complete the ladderized program in four years (3 years for the undergraduate and 1 year for the graduate component).
Graduates may engage in promoting and enhancing management, human resource development, teaching, training, public relations, research and evaluation vis-à-vis the needs and challenges of business and industry, government, global, international, non-government and people's organizations.
