The knowledge and experience of time-tested and dedicated educators are invaluable resources to the Lasallian community. Young and enthusiastic instructors inject new ideas that rekindle the hope in the teaching profession. Educators also enrich themselves in other areas of their personhood. They are taken care of by the Lasallian family to grow and develop as persons, learners and scholars.

Faculty members are encouraged to strike the balance between teaching and research. They conduct interdisciplinary studies in both existing and emerging areas. The University ensures that they are given the support in pursuing graduate studies and in participating in conferences/seminars and training programs.

The Academic Community is supported by office staff who enjoy a wide range of trainings and development opportunities which include personal image enhancement, events planning and management, work attitude and values enhancement seminars, sports fests, recollections and summer outings.
