Project Einstein Call for Performances

September 29 – October 1, 2015

Project Einstein 2015 will accept performance proposals for dance, music, literary readings, theatrical excerpts, film clips and mixed genres, focused on topics related to the themes of the conference.

Performance Proposal Submission:

  • For performance proposals, submission of a 2- to 3-minute video clip is required. Performances must not exceed 5 minutes for dance, music and literary readings, and 10 minutes for theatrical clips and mixed genres. Group presentations must not have more than 10 performers each.

  • For easier transmission of video clips, the secretariat of the Project Einstein 2015 requires them to be uploaded to Youtube.

  • All performance proposals (See below for the Performance Proposal Submission Form), together with their respective Youtube links, must be electronically submitted to, bearing the subject “Performance proposal, Project Einstein 2015”. Files must bear the sender’s Surname in uppercase letters, followed by his or her given names in lower case letters, and a shortened form of the work’s genre and title, eg., SANTIAGOjoseballetPhysics.

  • Faxed submissions will not be accepted.

  • Upon submission, applicants will receive an acknowledgment receipt for the proposal.

  • If performance proposal is accepted, the proponent is required to signify his/her intention to join the said conference and email a copy of his or her receipt of payment of fees to on or before May 15, 2015. If the proponent fails to signify his/her intention, he/she forfeits his/her chance of joining the conference’s Performances.

  • If the artist is also joining the art exhibit and/or presenting a poster or a paper at the conference, the payment of fees for one applies to all kinds of participation.
