Conference Theme
BRIDGING OPPORTUNITIES AND COMPETENCIES OF ENTREPRENEURS FOR GLOBAL MARKETS

 

Conference Overview

The conference would like to bring together researches on entrepreneurship and the status of entrepreneurship undertaking in the global arena. This will be captured through

 

• Paper presentations
• Poster presentation
• Workshop and Tutorials
• Entrepreneurship Product Exhibits

 

during the three-day conference. The first day of the conference, June 28 will be devoted to workshop and tutorial sessions. Paper presentations and exhibits are scheduled on June 29 and 30.

 

Scope and Topics

The theme of the conference, “Bridging Opportunities and Competencies of Entrepreneurs for Global Markets” aims to bring papers containing original contributions on theories, practice, empirical studies, case analysis, and researches in all areas of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial management, and entrepreneurial education. Topics include but not limited to the following:

 

• enterprise development
• managing growing business
• family business
• venture capital formation
• human capital development
• logistics and supply chain
• electronic commerce
• innovative marketing techniques
• business process engineering
• outsourcing
• franchising
• innovation in entrepreneurship education
• innovation and product design
• technology management.
• ethics and social responsibility

 

The conference solicits paper submission for the plenary and parallel sessions, and poster presentation. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

 

Entrepreneurs, schools, and students of entrepreneurship programs are invited to exhibit their products/programs during the conference. Tutorial sessions on topics of great interest and value to entrepreneurs will also be given.

 

Submission of Abstract Deadline

Deadline of submission of Abstract has been extended to January 31, 2006 (formerly DECEMBER 15, 2005)
