The HNICEM 2013 will be co-located and held in parallel with the 6th IEEE International conferences on Cybernetics and Intelligent Systems (CIS), and Robotics, Automation and Mechatronics (RAM). Participants registered for any of the three conferences are free to attend any of the conferences.
