Regular Paper Submission

Authors should electronically submit full paper in MS WORD document, 6-8 pages (IEEE format - two columns font 10 including pictures and diagrams), to EMAIL: hnicem@dlsu.edu.ph. The first page of the paper must contain the title, names and affiliations of the authors, email address, and four keywords/phrases. Please identify the corresponding author giving full contact information including email address.

Invited Sessions

The Program Committee also solicits proposals for invited sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Each proposal for an invited session should describe the theme and scope of the proposed session and how the papers form a cohesive set that complement the session topic. One session typically contains six (6) papers. The proposal must contain the title and theme of the session and a list of paper titles, names and email addresses of the corresponding authors. Session proposals must be submitted to hnicem@dlsu.edu.ph. Invited sessions are addressed to either Prof. Elmer P. Dadios, Prof. Alvin Culaba, or Dr. Marcelo Ang.

About Manila

The capital of the Philippines - its heart and soul - is Manila. Metropolitan Manila is where the country's most prestigious business addresses and the trendiest leisure establishments are found. By day, it hums with the bustle of commerce and, by night, throbs with the excitement of varied, world class entertainment. The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) is the country's premier gateway and services more than 30 foreign airlines. Philippine Airlines, the country's flag carrier, links Manila to 14 cities in eight countries.

Mabuhay! From the Philippines. Catch a glimpse of the many wonders we offer you as you visit our 7,107 islands and golf
course landscaping. The followings are one of our best world attractions:

The island-province of Cebu is where the Portuguese navigator Ferdinand Magellan planted the Cross of Christianity in the name of Spain in 1521. It is long established as a dive center and as a haven for souvenir shopping. Metropolitan Cebu is the country's second biggest metropolis and rivals Metropolitan Manila in many ways. From Manila, travel to Cebu is one hour by plane and 20 hours by ship.

Palawan is sanctuary to an amazing variety of fauna and flora that are found nowhere else in the world. Its waters cradle two World Heritage Sites: the Tubbataha Reefs National Park and the Puerto Princesa Underground River. Palawan's loveliness astounds even the jaded traveler. There are daily flights from the Manila Domestic airport to the Puerto Princesa Domestic Airport in Central Palawan. Travel time is less than an hour. Those bound for the Calamian Group of Islands in Northern Palawan are serviced by chartered flights which land at the YKR Airport in Busuanga and at the El
Nido Airport.

Boracay - with its white, talcum-fine beach and warm, crystalline waters, Boracay is touted to be the finest beach in Asia and one of the best in the world. This palm-studded tropical eden lure many to a lotus existence. Boracay is accessible by plane and boat from Manila and Cebu via Panay Island. Alternative sea routes are from the island-provinces of Mindoro and Romblon.
