HESOSCICON Guidelines for Paper and Poster Presentations
Paper Presentation
Presenters should submit their full paper and rationale not later than September 15, 2011. Paper should be about 20 to 25 pages with 1.5 line spacing. Presenters are also requested to prepare a 15-minute presentation of their study.
For audio-visual or power point presentations, a laptop and a LCD projector will be provided. Please contact the organizer to request any other media requirements.
Poster Presentation
Posters should be 48 inches wide and 36 inches tall printed on tarpaulin with a neutral background. You can download the 48 x 36 scientific poster template from this site http://www.posterpresentations.com/html/free_poster_templates.html to help you create your poster. Posters should include objectives of the research, methods, results, conclusions and references.
It is the presenter’s responsibility to provide (thumb) tacks, velcro or other means for mounting his/her poster to the poster board.
