The Swedish Program for Information and Communication
Technology in Developing Regions is a national entity created to
unify knowledge resources and make them available to developing
countries. Behind the program stands Sida, the Swedish International
Development Cooperation Agency and KTH, the Royal Institute of
Technology, Stockholm, where SPIDER is also hosted. |
