RE : Revised Cut-off Date for AY 2011-2012 MRFs
To improve the efficiency of the processing of the community's purchase requests, the cut-off date for the submission of Materials Requisition Forms (MRFs) for items charged to the AY 2011-2012 budget is on 15 May 2012. Exempted from this cut-off date are items charged to the following account series:
- DLSU endowment fund (200 series)
- DLSU research fund (500 series)
- DLSU depository fund (600 series)
May we also request you to plan your purchase requests accordingly as the Purchasing Office Front Desk will not receive MRFs from 16-24 May 2012 as part of its effort to finish AY 2011-2012 requests by 31 May 2012. The Front Desk will receive MRFs again by 25 May 2012.
