Important Reminders to ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

The International Center (IC) is in the process of updating your records as an international student (IS) currently enrolled in De La Salle University. The Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) require these documents to be filed and updated at all times,  as these papers are necessary for monitoring IS.  Subsequently, a regular report will be generated and submitted by IC to the government agencies concerned.

Please visit the INTERNATIONAL CENTER at  SJ 207 to update/submit your visa requirements as follows: (photocopies only)
      1. Visa Copy 
      2. Latest visa extension (if available)
      3. Passport (page with picture and details, and the stamp of latest visa)
      4. Annual Report Receipt for 2011
      5. Special Study Permit or SSP (for Audit students and IS below 18 years old)
      6. Any of the following:
                   - Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) I-Card
                   - SRRV Card
                   - SIRV Card

For Dual Citizens and FILIPINOs born abroad:
       7. Philippine Passport or Certificate of Recognition as a Filipino

Please note the procedures for you to follow:

  1. Submit photocopies (but bring original documents for verification purposes) during office hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
  2. Initially, the DLSU ID of those IS who will not be able to submit nor update their documents will be temporary regulated/invalidated pending compliance with the policy.
  3. Enrollment for the succeeding term will be put on hold for those IS who will not be able to submit nor update their documents.
  4. An updated list of IS who have not completed their requirements will be given to the colleges and the Office of the University Registrar for their information and action.
