3. Consideration of the Minutes of the 46th General Assembly
4. Consideration of:
   • Consolidated Reports - Board of Directors, Officers and Committee Members
   • Audited Financial Condition of Operations
5. Ratification of Resolutions passed by the Board of Directors (FY2009)
6. Election of Directors and Committee Members
   • Voting and Canvassing of Votes
   • Submission to the Presiding Officer of the Certificate of Election
     Returns
   • Proclamation of Winners
7. New Business
8. Adjournment

Reminders:

In connection with the 47th General Assembly, please take note of the following:

1. Registration at the Chess Plaza will start at 0900H and close at 1300H. Members duly registered from 0900H - 1300H will receive a P500 early registration incentive that can be claimed right away from a cashier nearby.
2. The presentation of candidates will be dispensed with so that members can cast their ballots right after registration.
3. Members who wish to get advance copy of the Minutes of the 2009 General Assembly, Financial and other relevant reports may get these from the Credit Cooperative Office on February 08, 2010. Members from Cavite (Health and Sciences and DLSU-Dasmarinas), Alabang and Canlubang schools, can get the documents from the offices of any of the following: Ms. Sophie Ferre, Ms. Beverlyn Dela Cruz, Ms. Mena Comia, and Mr. Willy Gamotia, respectively on the same date.
4. For lunch reservations, please accomplish the return slip below and return to the DLSCC office not later than January 27, 2010.
5. LUNCH WILL BE SERVED ONLY TO REGISTERED MEMBERS. Those who confirmed and failed to attend the General Assembly will be charged for the food expenses.
