Graduate Admission Requirements for International Applicants

1. Application form with 2x2 picture
   (downloadable at DLSU website)
2. Two (2) Original /Certified  true copies of Transcript of  Records
3. Photocopy of passport
   
4. Two (2) letters of recommendation (downloadable at DLSU website)
5. Updated Curriculum Vitae/Resume
6. Personal statement containing academic and career objectives
   (format can be viewed from the DLSU website)
7. Two (2) pieces of 2”x 2” picture for the testing permit
8. Certificate of good moral character from previous school/ employer at least six months from date of  issuance
9. Photocopy of research output (for PhD applicants only)

(a) These requirements are INDEPENDENT of legal documents requested by the SLIFE Office for student visas. International applicants are required to fulfill both Graduate Admission Requirements and the SLIFE Legal Requirements to be admitted to the university.
