Application Procedures for Freshmen For Academic Year 2010-2011

1. Proceed to the College Admissions Office for Inquiries
2. Pay the Non refundable College Admissions Processing Fee (includes application form, informational materials, testing and processing) at the Accounting Office.
   • For Filipino and Dual citizens: PhP 600.00
   • For International students (Non-Filipino Citizens): US$ 50.00
3. Present the Official Receipt to the College Admissions Office and secure the Application Form and other requirements.
4. Fill out the Application Form and attach the required documents: (Only applications with correct and complete information/requirements will be processed.)
   • Certified True Copy of Secondary School Records (Year I to Year III) to be accomplished by the Registrar. (Use DLSU Secondary Scholastic Record Form)
   • Two (2) Recommendations from any two of the following: High School Principal, Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor (Use DLSU Recommendation Form)
   • Three (3) 2” x 2” identical photographs
   • Photocopy of National Statistics Office (NSO) Birth Certificate
5. Submit completed Application Form with all the required documents at the College Admissions Office before your entrance exam date to secure your exam permit. Your entrance exam schedule will depend on the earliest testing date available upon submission of the requirements.

6. Take the exam on your scheduled date. All applicants must present their exam permits on their date of examination. (There will be no re-scheduling of Entrance Exams.)

7. Results can be accessed through text messaging and the DLSU Web site in early January 2010. Individual status letters will be mailed to the address indicated in the Application Form in early February. If you do not receive your results by then, please inquire from the College Admissions Office.

Applicants who wish to apply for Financial Assistance/Scholarships at DLSU (DOST grants included) must request for an Application Form for Financial Assistance at the College Admissions Office, and together with the Admissions Application Form, submit all the other requirements.
