Organizational Performance and Performance Metrics

Project Goals
  • Discuss the concept of performance of organizations
  • Assess different performance metrics and frameworks on organizational performance
  • Develop an appropriate performance framework for businesses, focusing on Asian businesses
Desired Outputs
  • A series of public roundtable discussions meant to generate ideas
  • A concept paper proposing the creation of a Center for Performance Management in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK)
  • A multidisciplinary research agenda that can be used as basis for the preparation of research proposals for external funding
